We are excited to announce that the e123 Distribution Management System (DMS) and platform has achieved SOC 2 Type II attestation in Security and Confidentiality Trust Service Criteria (TSC), demonstrating our commitment to information security and data protection.
SOC 2 is a set of audit standards developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It helps organizations assess and improve security controls, and provides assurance that the controls are properly designed and operating effectively.
To achieve SOC 2 attestation, we underwent a rigorous audit process conducted by A-Lign, an independent auditor. They reviewed and tested e123’s policies, procedures, and technical controls, to ensure compliance with the tested TSC objectives.
SOC 2 attestation is an important step in our ongoing commitment to information security. We have a long history of security best practices, including our annual PCI DSS compliance audits, adherence to HIPAA standards and security best practices – and we are constantly working to improve our security posture even further.
