The Client Solution Engineer will provide full lifecycle support to our B2B Customers, beginning with new Client onboarding. In this role, you will work with clients and other e123 team members to rapidly identify solutions to more complicated client business requirements and root causes of client issues. This requires developing a deep understanding of our software solution and its intended uses, in order to instruct clients how they can get the most utility out of our platform. This position will also interface heavily with our developers in order to provide accurate specs that will solve clients’ business needs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer support/technical support experience in a customer facing role within a software company, ideally in a SaaS, B2B environment. In this role, you will assess and identify technical issues, educate and coach customers on platform best practices, and serve as a liaison between the client, client-facing support team members and internal technical staff members.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will own the relationship with new and existing Enterprise-level customers, primarily consisting of insurance carriers and Field Marketing Organizations. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall customer service delivery experience, and will work to optimize enterprise clients’ success to reach their full potential over their lifetime with e123, thus enabling growth, competitive advantage, and efficiencies for their business by supporting them through initial purchase and implementation, adoption and usage, and ultimately expansion through cross-sell/upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years serving in a customer success role, preferably supporting enterprise level organizations. Direct experience working within a B2B SaaS company to achieve specific revenue goals is a must. 

As a seasoned Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our UX design strategy, framework and our team culture (to scale)! You will partner closely with product and engineering, executing on the holistic product experience: uncovering pain points, validating designs, adjusting, and iterating quickly. Ultimately, you’ll design to achieve outcomes so we can build with confidence for our users. An ideal candidate for this role has several years of experience designing complex SaaS solutions, direct experience utilizing Figma, and a demonstrated track record of working/communicating closely with engineers, product teams, marketing teams, and clients.

The QA Lead is a new role in our ColdFusion development group that will focus on analyzing newly-developed code as well as code that is currently in production to ensure that standards are met for security and performance. The QA Lead will work with the Director of Development and others on the team to help establish processes for reviewing code before going into production. They will also surface any recurring issues that they identify back to the development team in order to prevent them from recurring. Additionally, they will be reviewing certain aspects of the existing system that require more intense examination to ensure a smooth-functioning platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of ColdFusion development experience within a ColdFusion-team, and ample experience working with MS-SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. This role requires direct experience with smoke testing, integration testing, regression testing, and acceptance testing for newly developed code updates/
