As a seasoned Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our UX design strategy, framework and our team culture (to scale)! You will partner closely with product and engineering, executing on the holistic product experience: uncovering pain points, validating designs, adjusting, and iterating quickly. Ultimately, you’ll design to achieve outcomes so we can build with confidence for our users. An ideal candidate for this role has several years of experience designing complex SaaS solutions, direct experience utilizing Figma, and a demonstrated track record of working/communicating closely with engineers, product teams, marketing teams, and clients.

The Client Implementation Manager oversees the initial implementation of the e123 Platform, as well as ongoing add-on implementations for clients. In this role, you will understand clients' current business strategies, challenges, goals and requirements in order to develop (in conjunction with other team members) and accelerate timely product and service adoption and enable setup/configuration in a high quality, low defect manner. You will lead implementations for both enterprise clients, such as health insurance carriers, and others such as health insurance distributors.
